Troubleshooting for supported wallets

If you are experiencing difficulties connecting your wallet to your dYdX account, please consider performing the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Try to disconnect your wallet, clear the browser's data/cookies/cache, and reconnect.

  2. If you are using a browser besides Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, (i.e. Brave) try to use a different browser.

  3. Make sure you don't have any other extensions that could be interfering with or modifying the website or any adblockers.

  4. Start a new browser profile and only download your wallet extension on it.

If you are receiving Switch Network Errors as per the below screenshots (for example, BNB and Arbitrum chains) please disconnect your wallet, set the Network on your wallet on Ethereum Mainnet, and connect again


Mobile Applications:

If you are experiencing difficulties connecting the default supported wallet to your dYdX account, using mobile applications (IOS/Android) please consider performing the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Consider uninstalling and reinstalling the wallet you are currently using, then attempt to reconnect it.

  2. Please uninstall and reinstall the mobile application (iOS/Android), clear the app's cache, and then reconnect.
